Our Returns Policy

We want you to love your Gem Active pieces. If something’s not quite right, you can return your item within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

Full-Price Items are Eligible for a refund, store credit, or exchange. Sale Items & $69.95 Promo Sets are eligible for exchange or store credit only (no refunds).

If your requested exchange is out of stock: full price items, we will issue a refund sale items or promo sets, we will issue store credit.

Important Notes

Return shipping is at the customer’s expense, and we recommend using tracked shipping for your return. Gem Active is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Please ensure all returned garments are unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and free from stains, damage, or odours. If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us immediately at customerservice@gemactive.com.au so we can assist you.

Step Two

Pack & Send Your Return

Securely pack your item and send it to:

We recommend using tracked shipping. Return shipping is at your cost.

Step Three

Receive Your Refund, Exchange, or Store Credit

Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund, exchange, or store credit as per our returns policy. You’ll receive a confirmation email when it’s complete.
